Brophy camper tie-downs # HSAB are designed for full-size trucks but could fit your 1995 Toyota T100 if:
External bed rail width does not exceed 5-1/2"
There is at least 2" of space beneath lip of bed rail
Truck does not have a drop-in bed liner, plastic bed rail, double-walled bed, or step-side bed
With these I recommend using Brophy Basic Turnbuckles # TDHP.
