Hi, I like to ask regarding Item # TLA7836. 1. Does the Mounting bracket height: 50-3/8inch written in the product specification refers to the height from the first top step to the ground? 2. I have a height clearance of 1.2m, is this model appropriate to be use for this height profile?

The mounting bracket height you see listed for the TorkLift GlowStep Stow N' Go Scissor Steps # TLA7836 is the ideal distance from where the bracket will mount below the door threshold to the ground. Based on the height clearance you mentioned this set of steps would be too tall.
The 5-step model, # TLA7835, is almost exactly the height you need.
