Hello - I am thinking of purchasing this shower head for my 1971 Aristocrat Starliner shower stall. I need to also replace the faucet set up. Can you recommend a good, compatible one for me? Thank you.

We have many styles of RV shower stall faucets that you can see by clicking on the included link. These are offered in many finishes and with a shower head diverter. Most RV shower faucets use a 4-inch center-to-center spacing for their supply lines. Yours appears to be the same size/type.
If you want a single-handle unit consider the UltraFaucets # 277-000024. if you prefer to keep the separate knob configuration use # PF213321.
