Phoenix Faucets RV Faucets - Which Way Do Knobs Turn?

Im considering your Phoenix Faucets RV Faucets - PF213321 to replace the very cheap OEM faucet in my 2021 Vibe 21BH TT. The hot and cold knobs on my OEM turn in opposite directions to control the water flow, cold turns CW and Hot CCW to turn on water. Can you tell me if the Phoenix Faucet Hot and Cold control Knobs turn in the same direction to control the water flow CCW for ON and CW for OFF? Can you recommend a good Flexible stainless steel hose for this faucet to the shower head? Thank you. Russ Grimm

I wanted to check the Phoenix Faucet # PF213321 for knob directions, but that particular item is out of stock. Instead I checked # PF213324 which is very similar with brass on the inside and found that both knobs have a counter clockwise arrow on the knobs - presumbably to indicate on. Plus, the printed directions say the same.
My trailer has mismatched knobs that annoy me everytime. I think I might switch ours also. Please let me know your experience.
Regarding the shower hose, we do not have one in stainless steel, but the Phoenix Faucets # PF276048 in chrome is good looking and flexible.
