Loadstar ST175/80D13 Bias Trailer Tire with 13" White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C Item # AM3S120 is rated for 65 miles per hour. If you need a higher speed rating then you can get the wheel and tire separately using tire # TTWTRTM1758013C which is rated for 81 miles per hour and wheel # AM20222DX. A local tire shop can mount the tire on the wheel for you. I have linked videos on the wheel and tire for you.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
