Standard Style of Trailer Hub To Replace Dexter 8-174 on Mobile Home Axle
Question:
I bought a home made trailer. I was told the axel it has on it was to a mobile home the wheels. Say dexter 8-174 on the rim. From the looks of it looks as if the rim wallard of. Of the axel. If this is a dexter axel instead of the 174. Which hub is interchangabel. Not lookin to spend almost 200 for a hub . thx for ur time.

We have the part # 8-174-5UC3 which is an exact replacement for your hub, for a more standard style of hub/drum that will fit the spindle you instead would want the part # 8-201-9UC3-EZ which has the very common bolt pattern of 6 on 5-1/2 inch.
