Question:

I see that 2 different Roadmaster sway bars are recommended. The 145 and 149. I think I have the Dana S130 rear end if that makes a difference. It has the shock mount listed in the 145 install instructions, and am leaning that way as it seems a little easier install than the other.

You are right at the weight (22K) that means you can use either the part # RM-1139-149 which is for 22-24k motorhomes or the part # RM-1139-145 which is for 18-22k motorhomes.

You can use either, but the higher rated one might be a bit stiffer feeling.
