Looking for a spare tire carrier that fits a small kayak trailer. Wheel is 4 bolt. 4inch across the bolts.

We have a U-bolt type carrier that fits 4 bolt spares like yours. For that we have the part # CE22007Z-11050-2.
Or if you are looking for a carrier that holds the wheel away from the trailer you'd want the part # FSTC1000301.
