FWH 24PA hi i have purchased this unit in australia would like to know is it a 16K towing unit as the dp16k or sp 16k many thanks

Based on my research, your Demco Hijacker 5th Wheel Hitch Model FWH24PA does indeed have a gross towing capacity of 16,000 pounds.

For replacement base rails that are compatible with this hitch, you will need the Demco Replacement Rails # DM6014. These rails are designed specifically for this 5th wheel hitch, as the hitch is an older model that is not compatible with current industry-standard rails.
