Question:
Nothing exotic here just want to use on a Chrysler Town and Country mini-van. Have sometimes to park in narly spots on horse farms actually dog event related. Assuming a pair would be enough. But which ones? Obvious the RV guys like the 3604 but they look for really flat places to begin with. The 3620 gives an extra 30 in height. Would I need to order an extra chock? The picture shows a skip pad, is that included? Thanks.

The Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620 and the Andersen Camper Wheel Chock and Leveler # AM3604 are pretty similar with the main difference being that part # AM3604 will provide between 1/2" to 4" of height but part # AM3620 will provide 6-7/8" of height. Because of this I recommend going ahead and getting the one that can provide you with a great height, part # AM3620.
It does come with the rubber grip pad that will help to prevent slipping but it it would be wise to go ahead and get the Andersen Tuff Chock # 3605 for added safety in case your Town and Country were to shift on you.
All of these items come in a quantity of 1 so you will want to be sure to add more kits depending on how many tires you want to use it for.
