Hello everybody. This is Jeff at Etrailer. Today we're gonna take a look at this Andersen Ruff Chock. Finding a reliable wheel chock that keeps your trailer securely in place on a slope can be a challenge at times, but this Andersen Tuff Chock right here is designed to fit the unique curve of the Andersen Rapid Jack. This is gonna offer solid support, stability, prevents your trailer from moving even on slight inclines, and it'll give you the peace of mind that you need when you're parking your RV or your trailer on uneven surfaces. You notice, you can see it has sort of ridges on it, where it'll meet under the tire.
And then where it meets on the ground, it has ridges also. Now, this Tuff Chock is incredibly lightweight, weighs less than a pound, makes it very easy to handle and reposition as needed. And despite its lightness, it is built from durable plastic that'll resist dirt, grease, and oil, ensures nice long-lasting performance for all your camping trips. Now, whether you're securing a small single-axle trailer or a larger RV, this Tuff Chock is up to the task. The universal design of it makes it a suitable choice for a wide range of vehicles, from your compact teardrop campers all the way up to a nice, robust trailer.

The length from one end to the other is gonna be right at, let me put a ruler on it, 8 3/8 inches long. The width on it is gonna be right at about 4 7/8 inches wide.
And the height, on the the tallest point, it's right about 4 inches tall. You can see it has a nice, vibrant red color to ensure that it'll stand out in any setting, makes it very easy to spot. These chocks are great! Very durable and made with a better plastic than my old yellow ones which became brittle and cracked.

Our previous chocks were beginning to show some wear and cracks after 6 years of use. Have had good success at leveling our travel trailer with Anderson chocks.

These are, indeed, red plastic triangles. I'm not sure what exactly would inspire excellence from a wheel chock, but these seem very average to me. But why would you want an excellent wheel chock when an average one will do just fine?

Your levelers for our trailer make it beyond easy to use. Simple idea that has been developed using a strong but lightweight material. Using this product eliminates that dreaded leveling we used to experience. We are 100% satisfied and relieved that we now carry them

I bought the Anderson Quick Jack 3620 and quickly realized that I needed the companion chock to go with it for it to operate properly. Chock arrived exactly on time and is exactly what I needed.

Only gave it 4 stars for now since I have not been able to use the product yet for a full and honest opinion. From the looks and feel of the parts it appears that this is a solid and well made product. Shipping was fast and the price was awesome, will advise further after some actual usage.

After one year of heavy usage these chocks are as solid as they were the day we received them. I would now rate them a solid 5 all day long.

Works just as advertised. We used it with our travel trailer in the summer of 2015 and will continue this year too. My only discrepancy and it's on me, is that my dual wheels are so close together, I can not get the chock between them for a little extra support. Other wise they work great!

Prompt delivery, item is exactly what I needed. This chock will work in conjunction with the Rapid Jack that I purchased a while back, enabling me to block the boat trailer up in a stable manner in case I have to leave it to get repair parts. I don't have room to carry a conventional jack that would be able to get under my boat trailer frame, so this was the ideal resolution to that problem.

Well, haven't actually had to use it yet, but like what I see, and could follow the instructions for getting it ready to use with no problem (had to cut off part of the camper leveler to fit between my trailer tires).

Bought these to simplify leveling the travel trailer. Worked OK but even with the 'traction' pad, they slid on loose gravel. I have a dual axle TT so I had to cut the nose off one to get it to fit between the tires when starting up the ramp. Not bad

Using the Andersen Rapid Jack and the Wheel chock for the first time on my Haulmark trailer with dual axles. Very easy and quick to get the rear axle tire off the ground and the tire off. I put the wheel chock under the rapid jack for stability. I didn't have to get the scissor jack out of the truck.

Well, i broke one pretty easily. Used them overtime Id used the 5th wheel. Now that I have a motorhome with self leveling have used them once. I keep pushing them further back in the storage space!

I bought the Anderson Trailer Leveler and the Anderson Trailer Jack at the same time.
I wanted another black rubber pad that is also on Anderson's site and has an Anderson part #. I like the products I got very much, really heavy, solidly made..
But etrailer refused to go to the trouble of ordering me the extra rubber pad I wanted. They said it's not a normal stock item and would have to be special ordered.
They would not special order it.. I was quite surprised.. What's the big deal ? I wasn't in a rush to receive the order at all.. I didn't get it.. But no matter, I still like the products very much and received them all in one package no problem at all..

Easiest way to level a trailer I have found. Anderson Levelers and a level you can see in your rear view mirror are all you need. Great value!

Stopped using these and switched to X style metal chocks. Work O.K. on level ground although unlikely trailer would roll over the 3” high chock. When you use the auto leveling jacks on uneven ground, next thing you know chock is away from tire. When you slide chock tight you need to remember to remove before lowering jack’s otherwise it will end up under the tire and you have to drive over them to get it out anyway. O.K. if your parking somewhere temporarily, not useful if you are actually setting up trailer.

The two chocks are well made and really locks the RV wheels solid. The previous chocks were weak and did not secure the RV wheels anywhere close as this chocks do.

- Wheel Chock Recommendation for Preventing Trailer From Rolling Down HillSounds like you are looking for a wheel chock like the Andersen Tuff Chock part # 3605 that can keep the trailer from moving. Putting one of these on the downhill side of trailer wheel will prevent it from moving. You'd need a quantity of two of these. You should be careful not to try and store the trailer on too steep of a hill. The Camco Premium Locking Wheel Stop # CAM44662 will keep the trailer from moving and has a lock system that prevents it from being removed easily.
