Adjusting a Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack on a 2016 Mini Cooper

Question:
I have a Yakima halfback bike rack I bought from you last year for my 2016 Cooper Mini Hardtop. The rack works fine for my mens bike, but for my wifes step-thru bike tall frame with an adapter bar the angle of the bike leaves the from front wheel too close to the ground. Do you have any suggestions for a different rack or to reduce the angle of the bike lift the front frame anchor point so the wheel is not so close to the ground? Photos attached blue bike is the problem, as you can see the mean bike works fine.

The Yakima FullBack 2-Bike Rack, part # Y02634, has several adjustable locking dials that you can use to modify the height and angle of the rack. By turning these and moving the individual arms up and down, you can adjust the height and angle of the bikes and how they rest. These dials can also move the rack closer and further away from the vehicle. I've included a picture of these dials so you can see where they are.
To set past the default, you'll turn the dial again after it clicks into place, and it will continue to adjust and lock to about four other positions.
I'd recommend setting them to their highest setting and trying the bike in whichever position you usually have it ride in, then taking the bike off, adjusting, then retrying the bike on the rack until you have a fit that you're happy with.
Additionally, you can remove the black pack from the bike and attach the frame adapter to a lower point on the front rails, raising the leveling point of the bike.

Hello, I have a mini cooper with a panoramic sunroof. Can I still buy the same trunk mount?
