Yes, the Kuat Bike Rack part # NV22G-NA22G that you referenced will fit your 2016 Honda CR-V and work well as long as you have a 2 inch hitch like the part # 75742 installed.
It also would easily clear the rear bumper when folded up so it would be a great option to carry 4 bikes. The NV is arguably the nicest bike rack you can get so I know you will really like it.
