Question:
I have a Thule bike rack that only fits a 2 inch hitch opening so I need a 2 inch hitch for my 2016 Honda CR-V.

For your 2016 Honda CR-V and bike rack that requires a 2 inch hitch I recommend Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75742. This trailer hitch will be compatible with your Thule bike rack. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
The hitch itself has a tongue weight capacity of 525 pounds but the vehicle is likely rated for 150 pounds tongue weight (confirm with the owner's manual) so you would be limited to the lower rating.
