Question:

Can you recommend a stronger axle, new leaf springs, and spring over kit for a 2015 Rockwood 1940LTD. I would like bigger wheel and increased clearance for off pavement use.

For your 2015 Rockwood Freedom 1940 LTD, I recommend the Timbren Heavy-Duty Axle-Less Trailer Suspension - 4" Lift Spindle - Regular Tires - 3,500 lbs # ASR35HDS05. This will give you the suspension components integrated into the axle-less spindles. With this kit, I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3,500 lbs # AKEBRK-35-SA along with the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K.

This will give you the suspension as well as the lift for using larger wheels for increased clearance. Let me know if you'd like further recommendations. This system only requires a 2 inch square tube be used between the spindles into the integrated holes for support. This will increase your ground clearance under the trailer as well.
