I do have a solution for you, however because of the unique thread design on the shank for your Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack # SA4412B, the HitchMate Threaded Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # HE6001 that you referenced will not be compatible.
For a threaded, anti-rattle hitch lock that will work with this bike rack, I instead recommend the Saris Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock # SA3022. This is confirmed to work with the Saris Freedom and will do a great job of helping to deter theft while also reducing noise and movement inside the hitch receiver. 2 keys are also included.
