The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter - 20,000 lbs # AM3200 is not compatible with Ram Box. I reached out to the manufacturer to confirm and the pin box contact due to the Ram Box is still an issue.
For your 2016 Ram 1500, I recommend the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115 with wedge # RP64FR.
I've linked the page to your Sidewinder options. This will be pin box specific and will move the pivot point of your trailer back 22 inches to increase your turning clearance and avoid contact with your Rambox.
If you don't already have 5th wheel rails, I recommend the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit - Carbide Finish # C16444-204 which are a custom fit for your truck.
