Question:
I'm looking for a 2 inch square axle with at least 3000 capacity with hub with 6 lug bolt pattern. No brakes needed. Do you have square axles? Or only round?

Hi Brian,
The best option I have for you based off the axle you were looking at, e72GR, and the other info provided would be the Dexter Boat Trailer Axle - 89" long part # DX47HR. It has a 4.5" drop, 89" hub face, and the square tube is 2" x 3". It is rated for 3,500lbs which is just over your 3k capacity you were wanting. The axle itself doesn't come with idler hubs, but you can pair it with the etrailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K axles - 6 on 5 1/2 part # AKIHUB-655-35-K, these are pre-greased and come with all the bearings, races, and seals you'll need.
What type of trailer are you replacing the axle on?

Thank you, Claire. I have an Arrowlock 75 series squeeze chute which comes with square tubes on the side in which to insert a 2" square axle secured by a 5/8" pin. The axle you mentioned about appears to be a rectangular 2"x3" axle, not square. So it wouldn't fit. I'm trying to avoid cutting an axle and welding on 2"x2" stock steel bar to slide into the square tubes on my squeeze chute. But thank you for your suggestions. If I cannot buy a 2"x2" square axle that I could cut 24" from each end to insert into my chute tubes, then I could probably buy the rectangular axle, cut it, and weld stock 2" bar material to it.
