Hello I have an oldie but goodie Thule Mountaineer Model 669 Rooftop Cargo carrier. the bolts and plates are rusted out. Can I purchase these separately without having to purchase the entire package of replacement parts? Thanks.

The correct replacement mounting hardware and bracket kit for the Thule Mountaineer 669 is the Replacement QM3 part # TH04997. Unfortunately, we only offer the replacement brackets and bolts sold in a kit but the similar # TH04973 is compatible.

You would need to look at the hardware. The 669ES will have easy snap hardware which will look like the part #43216 that you referenced. The 669 would have installation hardware that would look like part #TH04997 instead.
