I need a winch post complete kit, except for the winch, ready to assemble and mount on my 3X 3inch tongue. I have the winch. The winch needs to be mounted 25inch above the tongue, the roller stop could be above or below the winch.

It sounds like you are looking for the CE Smith Winch Stand - Galvanized Steel - 30" Tall x 2" Wide # CE31013G. This is designed for a 2 inch by 3 inch frame, so you will need to make some modifications. This is the only winch stand we currently carry.
