It sounds like you are needing a new winch stand that will support the winch on your boat trailer. I recommend looking at the CE Smith Winch Stand # CE31013G. This is a heavy-duty stand constructed of hot-dipped galvanized, 12-gauge steel that will do a great job of resisting rust and corrosion. It features 14 mounting holes to allow you to adjust the height of your winch and is designed to install on 2 inch trailer tongues. The unit measures 30 inches tall and 2 inches wide.
