The CE Smith Winch Stand # CE31013G is basically the complete thing in and of itself. You just need to pick up appropriate hardware to install it to your trailer tongue and then install the actual winch on it and you'll be good to go. The mounting holes have a 7/16" diameter and you can either use U-Bolts to wrap around the trailer tongue or bolts to mount it directly into the trailer tongue - it just depends on what exactly you need for your trailer.
