Replacement Weight Distribution Head for Blue Ox SwayPro with Trailer that has an Underslung Coupler

Question:
Hello eTrailer! I need some insight on getting my Blue Ox Sway Pro optimized with our tow vehicle – 2015 F150 3.5 Ecoboost, Supercrew with MaxTow and 3.55s. We first purchased the Sway Pro with our first TT, a 2014 Jayco Jay Feather X18D with a traditional coupler. The kit came with 500lb trunnion bars. We upgraded to a 2016 Jayco Jay Flight 27BHS with an underslung coupler. When we purchased this new TT we got new 1000lb bars as our tongue weight was going to be close to the next bar step up of 750. I get some sway and am working to address it. After some research, I discovered that we may need to switch to a hitch that is optimized for underslung coupler. Would this be the cause of the sway? From what I have learned it is mentioned that the different head is to help keep plenty of ground clearance, but as you can see in my photos that is not an issue. Does the different head have better angle geometry? I would appreciate your expert opinion on what to do next. Am I able to purchase just the underslung Blue Ox hitch head and use the components from my existing system? Do I need an entirely new system? Perhaps my existing set-up is appropriate and I should address in other ways? Thank you so very much for your expert opinion. Best Regards
