For your 2016 Ford F-250 SD Crew Cab with 6-3/4-foot bed you will need to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch to have enough turning clearance to avoid trailer-to-cab contact. All slider hitch fits for your truck are shown on the linked page.
The amount of slider travel these various hitches provide varies by brand and model. The best clearance comes from using one of the Demco Hijacker hitches which have 14-inches of slider travel. These Demco hitches are superbly made, right here in the USA. Weight capacities available are 18K like # DM8550022 and 21K like # DM8550037.
