The Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit # RM-524438-5 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit your 2017 Ford Fiesta without EcoBoost. The EZ5 brackets will provide attachment points for a tow bar and the attached drawbars will remove quickly and easily. I have included the installation details for you to check out.
To complete the flat-towing setup for your Ford Fiesta, you will also need a tow bar, safety cable set, lighting solution and a supplemental braking system.
For a tow bar, I recommend looking at the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520. This has a nice self-aligning design and extra-long telescoping arms to allow for better maneuverability. It is compatible with the EZ5 Base Plate Kit mentioned above. I recommend adding the RoadMaster 68 Inch Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables RM-643 to provide for a secure towing experience.
For a lighting solution, I recommend the Optronics Heavy Duty Magnetic Tow Lights # TL21RK. These will give you signal lights on your vehicle without having to splice into its wiring.
Then for a supplemental braking system, I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This is a great proportional braking system that will physically depress the brake pedal in your Fiesta at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to them in your RV.
A final item you may need in order to tow your vehicle level is a high-low adapter. I have attached an article that explains how to determine the high-low adapter needed as well as a link that will take you to our available selection.
I have also attached an article on flat towing that you might find helpful. I recommend checking your copy of the Fiesta's owner's manual as there will likely be some specific steps that should be taken before flat towing.
