replacing fold out steps on my 2012 keystone cougar 26sab 5th wheel. it looks like lippert lc432687 step will fit can you confirm please?

The Lippert Manual Pull-Out Step for RVs - Triple # LC432687 referenced in your question should work great on your 2012 Keystone Cougar 5th Wheel Trailer. To confirm that this will mount to the existing hardware on your trailer, I recommend simply measuring the mounting base dimensions and bolt holes on your existing unit. I have included a video that actually shows how to take these measurements.

The Lippert Pull-Out Steps has a mounting base that is 27-1/2 inches wide and 9 inches deep. The bolt hole centers are 26-1/4 inches wide and 7 inches deep. These steps have a nice non-skid and slip-resistant design along with water channels and drain holes that will keep rain from pooling.
