In an online manual I was able to find the curb weight (weight of the vehicle when unloaded) of your 2008 Honda Ridgeline which was 4,500 lbs. If the tow dolly that you have uses a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern then the best tire/wheel combination for your application will be a size 225/75/15 with a Load Range of D. A tire with those specs, like the Taskmaster # TA86MR, will have a max load rating of 2,540 lbs at 65 psi which will be enough to tow hold your Ridgeline as long as you do not load anything into it.
There are 2 things that you will need to keep in mind is you decide to do this:
First, is the tow dolly rated for 4,500 lbs. If the tow dolly itself is not rated for that much weight, then changing the tires will do nothing. When towing your weight limited will be decided by your lowest rated component.
Second, the tire size will be changing which means you will need to make sure that you have the proper clearance. Your current 5.30-12 size tire has a diameter of 21.9 inches and has a rim width of 4 inches. A tire size of 225/75/15 will have a diameter of 28.31 inches and the rim will be 2-3 inches wider. That does not include how wide the tire is, but the ratio should be about the same. You will need to do some measuring to make sure that the new tire will fit.
If all of that checks out then you are good to go. If your ridgeline is too heavy for your tow dolly then you will need to look into other options to tow it.
