Question:
BWPMHD14004 Looking at your previous recommendations as well as your video. Im more confused than ever. I see where your recording and measuring side to side bolt spacing of 3 3/8 and 3 1/2, which is it? Im not going to order on a chance these parts may fit together. Im needing a hitch that if I measure the bottom of my 2inch recievers hole is 19inch above the ground. I need the saddle of the pintle hitch to be close to 25. Im looking at the combo hitch with 2 5/16 ball or just the pintle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate for 2 Inch Hitches # BWPMHD14004 referenced in your question has mounting holes that measure 1-3/4 inches apart on center vertically, and 3-3/8 inches apart on center horizontally. I have attached an image to help clarify these dimensions.
The mounting plate is 12-1/4 inches tall and 5 inches wide and can be used in the drop or rise position in your 2 inch trailer hitch receiver.
For a pintle hook, I recommend looking at the Buyers Products Pintle Hook # 33710055. This hook includes a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball like what you are needing and has a 16,000 pound gross towing weight capacity. This is compatible with the mounting holes on the B&W Pintle Hook Mounting Plate and all the necessary hardware is included.
I have attached video demonstrations on both of these products for you to take a look at.
