Outside Width Dimension of the Redline Trailer Hanger # E4139

Question:

You give the height dimension, and the hole dimension. What is the width dimension doesnt matter if it is in between the horizontal sides, or if it includes that thickness as you have stated it is 3/16 thick. I am trying to figure out if it will fit inside of an existing C channel on the trailer.

I went out into our warehouse and pulled a Front/Center/Rear Hanger for Double-Eye Springs, part # E4139, and measured the outside width of it.

It measures 2-5/16 inches from the outside of one side of the # E4139 to the other side. Check out the picture to the right to see this measurement.
