Which Provides Better Towing Experience, Fifth Wheel or Gooseneck

Question:
What are the pros and cons of towing with the gooseneck vs the 5th wheel? I want to change mine over because I use my bed I would rather have the gooseneck so I dont have to muscle the hitch off every time I want to use the bed. Does the fifth wheel offer more cushioning to the trailer ? My concern is the gooseneck will create more jolting and vibration to my trailer? Iam correct in this or just over thinking ?

I prefer goosenecks hitches over fifth wheel hitches to be perfectly honest. They have higher capacities, leave the bed less cluttered, don't require removing anything that weighs hundreds of pounds when you want to use the bed, are easier to connect and disconnect, and since they have fewer moving parts they offer a smoother ride quality.
As long as the truck is a long bed the gooseneck route is better in my opinion. The only advantage the fifth wheel route has is that it can give more turning clearance to a short bed truck since there are slider hitches.
