Bolt Lockable Hitch Pin Installation

Question:

I recently purchased a bolt lockable hitch pin for my new truck. It doesnt want to work. Ive been fighting with it for way to long. It wont open. Any hints??

Bolt hitch pins are vehicle manufacturer specific and codes to your vehicle key. Once the code is received, it does not allow you to change the code, so it cannot be transferred from vehicle to vehicle. I've attached some videos to help. To program the key and cylinder, you simply insert your key, turn it, and turn it back. That does it and it is ready to use.
