does the bd175000, have a hole drilled in the shaft for mounting a footplate ? thanks

The Bulldog A-Frame Jack # BD175000 does not have a hole in it for a caster wheel or footplate. I talked to Bulldog and they said a hole can be drilled.
For a similar jack that does have a hole already we have # BD155032.
For a caster use # BD500245 and for a footplate use # BD018564
