Question:

I am looking to purchase the Equal-i-zer hitch EQ37100ET for my 16foot v-nose, aluminum-frame ATC trailer, but just want to confirm that it will be able to fit. According to the Equal-i-zer manual, it needs 27inch minimum and I measure 29inch on the trailer, so it seems like it *should* work. Can you confirm? Thanks!

Yes. The Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System w/ 4-Point Sway Control - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # EQ37100ET requires the sway control brackets be positioned between 27-32 inches back from center of coupler, so with your 29 inch measurement it will fit as long as the frame height is 6 inches or less.

It is recommended to use the Thin Walled Socket for Equal-i-zer Hitches # EQ70-00-4800 to install the included hitch ball on this system.
