What is the difference between the Dexter and the premium one besides $20 theyre both self-adjusting

Biggest difference is the Dexter assemblies part # 23-468-469 are made in the US and have basically the best reputation for trailer brake assemblies. If you are looking for the nicest setup that would be the most reliable this would be the route I would recommend.
