do you offer a pintal hook without the ball that will match up to the weight capacity of this plate ? , if you do, does the hole mounting patterns match up also ?

The Curt pintle hook part # C48210 has a 20k capacity and would mount up to the mount part # BWPMHD14002 that you referenced. This would be a great option that would work well.
