We do have a wiring harness for the 2006 to 2011 Chevy HHR. Take a look at Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118407. I have included a link to the installation details and a video showing installation of the harness on a 2007 Chevy HHR.
The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat, # 118398, is not designed to fit the Chevy HHR. It is designed to fit compact Pontiac and Chevy sedans and coupes like the Cobalt.
