Question:
Thank you for your advice. However this axle will not fit my application. Having removing it and measuring it, my axle has a 2800lb capacity, measures 65 inches from inside of the flanges, aprox 84 inches from face of hub to face of hub. The spring center mounts are 53 inches, and the springs are 3 leaf, and measure 21 inches from eye to eye. Could you recommend an axle, leaf springs and hardware based off this info? Thank you for your time.

For your pop up camper, I recommend the Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes - EZ-Lube - 5 on 4-1/2 Bolt Pattern - 89" - 3,500 lbs # e43SR. You will want to measure to ensure that this is the correct fit with the leaf springs at 74 inches from spring center to spring center. This axle has the brake assemblies and hub and drum assemblies already fitted, so you will just need to assemble and install.
For leaf springs, you will want to measure from center of spring eye to center of spring eye. We have 3 different size options for you:
3-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 23-1/8" Long # e59SR
4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 27" Long # SP-210275
4-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles - 25-1/8" Long # e54SR
For the hardware, I recommend the Shackle Bolt with Locknut for Double-Eye Springs - 3" Long # 166081 for your leaf springs and the U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 3,500-lb, Round Trailer Axles - 5-1/2" Long U-Bolts # APUBR-1 for your axle
