Updated 03/21/2017 | Published 03/19/2017

Question:

I have a 1993 RV trailer that has 225-75-15 size tires with 5 lugs. Do you know what lug distance it has? e.g. 5 @ 4 1/2inch ? WHat is the most common distance 4 1/2 or 4 3/4 etc?

Expert Reply:

The most common 5-lug wheel bolt pattern on recreational trailers is indeed 5-on-4-1/2, such as with the Taskmaster wheel/tire combo # A225R645WM. You can use the linked article to help you confirm your bolt pattern.

The linked page displays all wheel/tire products with this bolt pattern and with your tire size ST225/75-15. We offer both bias ply and radial tire types and also several choices in load range rating. The other linked article will help you determine the best option for your trailer.
