Is this Reese Pro Series spring bar compatible with the Curt 17307 hitch head?

Weight distribution/sway control (WD/SC) spring bars can often be changed out for new bars with a different weight capacity but it is never a good idea to mix components from different systems or manufacturers as they aren't designed to be compatible at all.

With the Curt trunnion style head assembly # C17307 you could use a spring bar like # C17308 for trailer tongue weight (TW) up to 800-lbs.

The holes on the vertical portion of the Curt Weight Distribution Shank #C17122 are 3/4-inch in diameter and they are spaced apart 1-1/4-inches on center. From the top of the shank to the center of the bottom hole the distance is 9-1/2-inches.

Hey Paul, the most similar weight distribution shank we have to the part #RP69FR that fits a 2-1/2 inch hitch is the part #BPH75RR which fits the same heads as the Reese shanks so it will also work with same heads.
