Will the mirror power fold feature still be functional with these mirror extensions in place?

Yes, the Towing Mirrors part # CM10950 that you referenced that are a fit for your 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 will still allow your factory mirrors to fold in. I attached a picture that shows the mirrors installed with them folded in as well.
