There are 3 really nice options I recommend for your 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. I have found two measurements to be helpful when comparing towing mirrors: the overall length and the second mirror face. All of your custom options have a nice plastic housing and an adjustable mirror for your specific needs. So much of the decision is based on design preference, so I'll try to hit the differences in design for you.

The Longview Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On, # LVT-1800. The mirror face is 4 inches tall x 5 inches wide. It's overall length is 19-1/2 inches. This mirror uses a hook arm to tighten the towing mirror to your factory mirror and has the flaming bird design.

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors - Slip On, # CM10950. This mirror face is 6-3/4 tall x 4-1/2 inches wide. It's overall length is 18-1/2 inches long. This mirror uses felt, a wedge, and a hand screw to tighten the housing to the factory mirror. This would be my personal preference.

The K-Source Snap & Zap Custom Towing Mirrors - Snap On, # KS80910. This has a mirror face of 4-1/4 tall x 3-3/8 inches wide, and it's overall length is 15-1/2 inches. This mirror has a snap fit wrapping around your factory mirror and has a screw adjustment to secure your second mirror if vibration loosens the fit.
