Do you have a wheel stop like the PackEm that can be used on a floor mounted E-Track?

Sounds like you are looking for something like the Erickson Adjustable Wheel Net part # 77314 which attaches to a section of E-track and holds a vehicle wheel securely.

This is pretty similar to the Pack Em # PK-WTD that you referenced as well.
