For your 2017 Ram 2500 with Factory Prep package, I recommend the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16520-16021. This will allow you to have a clean bed when not in use and easily install this hitch that is capable of pulling your 13000 lb loaded trailer with MORyde pin box.
You may also be interested in the 5th Wheel wiring harness # C56000, to put a second 7 way in the bed of your truck for easy accessibility.
If you have a short bed truck, then I recommend using the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Above Bed - 18,000 lbs # DM8550034 along with the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Ram OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package - 25,000 lbs # DM6099.
