One possible cause of the landing gear not working properly is electrical especially considering you have already replaced mechanical parts. If the battery does not have enough charge it can cause the landing gear to not operate properly.
But if you need longer legs or a system with more travel then we can look at alternate systems. A system such as # RVLG-8000 has 20-1/2 inches of travel in the legs but also has drop legs for more adjustability making this a great system for your needs. The motor is sold separately # LC142178.
If there is room on your trailer for a system with the motors mounted vertically on the tops of the legs you can use Ultra-Fab system # UF17-943010 which has a total of 38 inches of lift. I have linked a video review for you.

Purchase a used 2018 Dutchman Endurance today. Excellent toyhauler. Got ready to hook up and the front landing gear would raise high enough. Let the adjustment legs out and only about 10 inches would come out of the tubes. Then it would start popping like it was skipping on a gear. Can you give me any idea as to what is wrong? Thanks
