Regarding Valterra eccentric tank reducers Code T1041-1 and T1041-2: They are stated to have 3inch spigot. Spigotinch means OD is 3. Video states, likely incorrectly, that it would fit inside a standard 3inch vinyl RV dump hose. Video also shows that end is 3-1/2, which means latter is not possible. Do these really have 3inch hub socket end?

If you check out the video link I attached you can see where our demo guy measures the larger side of the T10401-2 and it has an outer diameter of 3-1/2 inches and an inner diameter of 3 inches. Right at the 29 second mark you can see the ruler held up to the product so you know he isn't mistaken.
That end is going to fit over a 3 inch sewer pipe like you mentioned.
