If you are looking for a Leaf Spring that is 27-3/4 inches long, the closest that we offer in length is 27 inches. If your springs are worn, it is possible they were originally 27 inches long and have flattened out over time.
We have a Double-Eye 4-Leaf Spring # SP-210275 that is rated for 3,500 lb Trailer Axles. This spring measures 1-3/4 inches wide and the leaf thickness is 3/8 of an inch. We also have the 5-Leaf Slipper Spring with Hook End # e67SR which is rated for 6,000 lb Trailer Axles. This spring is 2 inches wide and the leaf thickness is 3/8 inch.
These are the only two Leaf Spring Suspensions that we offer that are the the closest to 27-3/4 inches long.
Keep in mind when you are looking for a suspension system you will want to make sure that you choose one that is rated for the same weight capacity as your axles.
I have also attached some links to some helpful articles about leaf suspension systems.
