I need to replace the moveable half of the 2b coupler. How do I order this part?

I'm not sure what part you are referring to as the movable half. If you are talking about the sleeve and spring loaded clamp that fit around the hitch ball, you will need to replace the coupler. For a 2 inch ball, you will need something like the Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler w/ High-Profile Latch - 2" Ball - 3" Channel Tongue - 5,000 lbs, # BD028382 or for the 2-5/16 inch hitch ball something like the Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler w/ High-Profile Latch - 2-5/16" Ball - 3" Tongue - 12,500 lbs, # BD028462.

If you just need the latch, the Bulldog High-Profile Latch Repair Kit for Heavy-Duty Collar-Lok Couplers # BD024200 is the route to go.
