Solution for Needing 12.5k Straight Coupler with Collar Lock

Question:
I need a straight coupler, 2 5/16” ball, 2 1/2” channel, 12,500lb, with a collar lok, slide lock or sleeve lock. What part number fits these conditions? Thank you

Hey Craig, I have a solution for you but the 2-1/2 inch wide channel couplers don't have the capacity you need. You'd have to go with a 3 inch wide frame coupler like the part # BD028462 as this is for your ball size, is a collar lok, and has a 12,500 lb capacity.
You'd need to have spacers added to your frame so this would fit properly. Since this is a weld on coupler having spacers welded on shouldn't be too bad.
