Question:
I am interested in this weight distribution hitch. The issue I have is that on my v-nose enclosed car trailer, the distance from the coupler to the trailer is 30. The info says that the lift bracket is positioned about 30inch back on trailer. Is there any play with that number? Or will this setup not work for me? Thanks.

You can use the Strait Line system part # RP66083 on a trailer with a V-nose like yours but you have to use bolt on chain hangers instead of the clamp on ones that are included. That way the hangers mount without requiring clearance above the frame.
For that you nee the part # RP58305. I attached a picture that shows this hanger being used on a similar trailer setup.
