We spoke with our contacts at RAM jacks and they informed us that the length of the # TJD-12000-HD is 14-1/2 inches and the radius is 13 inches.

It sounds like you are wanting the Replacement Sidewind Crank #TJD-12000-HD for the Jack #TJDDP-20000SP-F. While our product page says the handle is for the 12K jack it is the same handle used on the RAM 12K, 15K, 20K and 25K jacks.
